Incredible opportunity for 1st time home buyers if you buy your 1st home before Dec 1,2009. AND that includes buyers who have not owned a home in the last three years so there is no age restriction. There are some income limits but they are extremely practical so most 1st time home buyers should qualify. You file you taxes and if you don’t owe anything you get a check for up to $8000.
